Who we are

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our forms - such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website, industry, location, budget range, marketing needs and, for LGSA, details about your business capabilities and self-reported certifications.
• Booking information when you schedule a consultation through our scheduling provider (Cal.com), such as your name, email, chosen time and any notes.
• Technical information such as browser type and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse.
• Attribution information such as the campaign link (UTM parameters) or referring website that brought you to our site, stored in your browser and sent only with a form you submit.
• Analytics information, only if you allow analytics cookies (see below).

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare an audit or opportunity review, and schedule consultations.
• To send a one-time confirmation of your request and related follow-up you'd reasonably expect.
• To understand which marketing channels and pages are useful, and to improve our website.
• To protect our forms against spam, fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send form contents to advertising platforms.

We use trusted providers to operate this website, who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase - secure database hosting for inquiries
• Vercel - website hosting
• Resend - transactional email delivery
• Cal.com - appointment scheduling
• Cloudflare Turnstile - spam protection
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel - only with your consent

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage is used to remember your cookie choice and the campaign that referred you. Analytics and advertising measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) load only after you select “Allow analytics”, and you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing liamgohar@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security

Inquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database and is only accessible to authorised Gohar Media team members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
